  • We send our Heather Boxes all over the world each month. Shipping for the UK is completely free, US, Canada and EU shipping cost is £15.50 ($20.87, CAD 28.61, 18.16 Euro). Australia and New Zealand are £25.50 (53.02 AUD). Asia and all other countries are £15.50.

  • International shipping to the EU and US takes between 7-15 days on average. Canada takes around 10-18 days and Australia takes around 2 weeks. We do however offer an express service for all international countries which is standard at £30.00 which means your Heather Box will arrive in around 3 days.

  • If items within your Heather Box arrive damaged, please email photos to laura@intheheather.com and we will send you a complimentary replacement. In the many thousands of Heather Boxes we have dispatched, we have only ever had one go missing in the post so this instance would be very rare. In this case we would also send you a complimentary replacement.

  • you can! We can make and create a previous Heather Box from the past few months for an additional £15 charge, this covers shipping from the handful of different suppliers. We will need a further 2 - 3 weeks to wait for the stock to arrive and as soon as it is all here we will despatch your Heather Box for you.

  • Absolutely. We take food allergies very seriously and if you have a life threatening allergy - please let us know immediately on ordering. We will source a replacement for you and keep the strictest standards for keeping even your packaging away from your allergy. This also applies for those that are vegetarian (although almost every Heather Box is vegetarian) and those that are gluten free etc.

  • We don’t accept returns on subscription or gift Heather Boxes unfortunately as they are a custom made item and we take an enormous amount of time to make, craft, personalise and despatch your order. However, we are fair and honourable and if there is a serious error or mass damage then we will of course refund you.
